About Melissa

Hi, I am Melissa - my career and my passion is dedicated to helping people with migraine live their BEST LIVES!

I have been living with migraine since puberty (just like my Mum and sister had). My parents took me to the Doctor when the migraine attacks first started - genetics were blamed and I was put on pain-relieving medication as well as hormone control. This helped to control the symptoms but never got to the route cause of the problem and I still lived in constant fear of a migraine attack interrupting my schooling, socialising and general happiness!

I knew there was more that could be done and had some relief from Physio treatment as a teenager (as neck pain was a major symptom for me) so I decided to train as a Physiotherapist and dedicate my career to solving this puzzle for myself and others.

My career as Physiotherapist began in 1997, over the years I have dedicated my further studies and treatment to those who suffer with headache and migraine. In this time, I have successfully helped thousands of headache and migraine sufferers!

As I continued my studies I realized that not only the neck but also the nervous system and lifestyle choices were implicated in mine (and other’s headaches) and so began a passionate journey into discovering all the non-medication treatments and lifestyle changes available to help those suffering with headache and migraine. I have seen what works consistently and have now created a 6 step roadmap to success which can help anyone with migraine no matter how severe.
