It makes sense as a starting point. But it has a ceiling, because migraine isn't caused by one thing.

It's caused by how close your nervous system sits to its threshold, the tipping point where stress, poor sleep, and sensory load add up until something, almost anything, sets off an attack.

My work is about raising that threshold, building real capacity, not just managing around the edges of a smaller and smaller life.

This is the idea behind everything I teach: migraine recovery isn't about avoiding life. It's about building a nervous system capable of living it.
